- Production takes 24-48 hours (AI generation + printing). Shipping is 2-5 business days within Romania and 3-7 business days across the rest of the European Union. Total estimate: 3-7 days RO, 4-9 days EU. If you need it urgently for an anniversary, message us β we can fast-track production when feasible.
- Can I give a gift voucher if I don't have access to a photo of their pet?
- Yes. Email us at contact@mypetprint.eu and we'll issue a digital voucher you can hand over via a nicely formatted email or printed. The recipient uses it whenever they have time to upload their pet's photo themselves. The voucher doesn't expire.
- Does it work for any kind of pet?
- Yes β cats, dogs, rabbits, parrots, and hamsters. For other species (reptiles, exotic birds, farm animals), message us and we'll see what's possible.
- Can I see what the portrait looks like before I order the print?
- Yes. The studio generation is free β upload a photo, pick a scene, see the result in 10-30 seconds. You only pay if you order the print. You can regenerate as many times as you like with different photos or scenes before deciding.
- Is this an appropriate gift for someone who recently lost their pet?
- Yes, but with care. For many people, a well-made portrait of the pet they lost becomes an anchor point β it lasts as long as the memory. We recommend asking first whether the person is ready. - How is the print packaged β can I give it directly?
- The print arrives in a rigid cardboard tube or flat box (depending on size), with a protective seal. The packaging is presentable enough to give directly without re-wrapping. If you want a handwritten note included, mention it when placing the order.
