We work with what you have
One clear image of the face and chest is enough. You don't need multiple photos or images taken specifically for a portrait β we use what you have.
Old phone, slightly blurry image, Instagram or Facebook screenshot β our AI tries to recover the detail. If the result isn't good, we tell you before you pay for the print.
A photo of your pet with you, with another animal, or with someone else works β the AI isolates your pet, and the final portrait shows only them.
Cage, messy room, harsh light or shadow β the background is replaced with whatever scene you choose. What matters is that the pet is clearly visible in the foreground.
If the only good photo you have is from years ago, when they were a puppy or young adult, we work with that. The portrait reflects the photo, not their age at the end.

- Does it work with an old, blurry, or low-quality photo?
- Yes, within limits. Our AI tries to recover detail from low-resolution images, slight blur, or social media screenshots. If the photo is too degraded to capture the likeness β we tell you before you pay for the print, not after. Studio generation is free; you test the result with your photo before making any decision.
- Can I send a photo with my pet alongside someone else in the frame?
- Yes. If the only good photo you have includes a person or another animal, the AI isolates your pet and places them alone in whatever scene you pick. What matters is that the face is visible and clear.
- What size is right for a memorial portrait?

- How long from order to delivery?
- Production takes 24-48 hours (AI generation + printing + varnishing + packing). Shipping is 2-5 business days within Romania and 3-7 business days across the rest of the European Union.
- Can I give someone a portrait for a pet they've lost?
- Yes, but ask them first. People move through pet loss at different speeds β what's a gentle gesture for one person can feel premature for another. If they're ready, you need a clear photo of the pet; everything else is like a regular order. If the photos are limited, message us and we'll work with what you have.
- What happens if the portrait doesn't look enough like them?
- You regenerate free with a different scene or a different photo (if you have more), as many times as you want, until you see a result that catches the likeness. If after 5-6 tries we're still not close, message us and we'll adjust manually or tell you we can't deliver what you need. We won't sell you something that doesn't look like your pet.
