Last updated: April 28, 2026

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you specific rights regarding your personal data. This page explains those rights and how you can exercise them with respect to data held by MyPetPrint.

1. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under GDPR:

Right of Access, Right to Rectification, Right to Erasure, Right to Restrict Processing, Right to Data Portability, Right to Object, and Rights related to Automated Decision-Making.

2. Right of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data.

This includes the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.

3. Right to Rectification

You have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.

You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

4. Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten')

You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay. This right applies when: the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, you object to processing, or the data was unlawfully processed.

This right is not absolute and may be restricted where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims.

5. Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies: you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims, or you have objected to processing.

6. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You have the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us.

7. Right to Object

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on legitimate interests.

We shall no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests.

8. Automated Decision-Making

MyPetPrint does not use automated decision-making processes that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Our AI image generation is a creative tool and does not constitute automated decision-making under GDPR.

9. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your GDPR rights, please send a written request to contact@mypetprint.eu. Your request should clearly state which right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information to identify you.

We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. If the request is complex or we receive multiple requests, this period may be extended by two further months.

10. Right to Complain

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For residents of Romania, the supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), located in Bucharest. Website: www.dataprotection.ro.
