1. General Provisions

MyPetPrint is an online service operated by a company registered in Romania. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyPetPrint regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services and Products

MyPetPrint creates AI-generated fine-art portraits of pets based on photographs uploaded by customers. Each portrait is unique and produced on-demand according to your selected template or custom description.

The final artwork is printed on museum-grade archival paper using pigment-based inks. Optional add-ons include a solid wood frame, a digital high-resolution file, and rush production.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Standard production and delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Rush production (same-day printing) is available as a paid add-on and reduces production time to 24 hours.

Shipping is free for all orders within the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because each portrait is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either reprint the portrait free of charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Digital files are delivered electronically and are not eligible for refund once downloaded or emailed.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original photograph of your pet that you upload. By uploading, you grant MyPetPrint a limited license to use the photo solely for creating your portrait.

The AI-generated artwork and the printing process are proprietary to MyPetPrint. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to display the physical print and digital file for personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit the AI-generated artwork without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyPetPrint is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, as artistic interpretation varies. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

We do not guarantee that the AI-generated portrait will perfectly resemble your pet or match your mental expectations. We do guarantee professional-quality printing and materials.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
