What if it doesn't look like my pet?
You regenerate free, as many times as you want, until you see something you love. You only pay after you pick the final result. If after 5–6 tries we're still not close, write to us and we'll adjust manually together with you.How does the AI actually work? Does it lose small details?
We use generative AI for the scene design and to preserve your pet's specific features — the spot on the ear, the way they tilt their head, the eye color. The clearer the original photo, the closer the result. Works best with natural light, pet in the foreground, no filters.What happens to the photo I upload? Is it safe?
Your photo stays yours. We use it only to generate your portrait and attach it to your order — we don't use it to train models, sell it, or publish it anywhere without your permission. 30 days after your order is delivered, we delete the original file from our servers. If you want it deleted sooner, message us and we'll do it.What paper are the paintings printed on?
308 g/m² archival cotton canvas, with pigment inks that last over 100 years in normal display conditions. The same class museums and galleries use for fine-art reproductions. Every painting is hand-checked before it leaves the atelier.What does "hand-varnished" mean?
We apply a fine matte-satin varnish layer manually, after the print is fully dry. This gives the canvas the gloss and depth of a real painting and adds protection against UV and dust. It's the most visible difference from a standard print.Can I order a portrait as a gift?
Yes — gift orders are one of the most common reasons people commission from us. The practical condition: you need to get hold of a good photo of the recipient's pet, clear, face visible, ideally in natural light. Beyond that, the process is the same: pick a format, generate the portrait, pay only when you're sure it looks like him. We ship it framed and ready to give.Can I commission a portrait for a pet I've lost?
Yes. Many of our customers commission portraits for pets they've lost — it's one of the reasons we built this. The process is the same: upload a photo, regenerate until you recognize him, and pay only when you do. If the photos you have aren't ideal, message us directly. We'll work with what you have rather than ask you to find something that may no longer exist.What's the "3D" option and is it worth it?
For €4 more, we slightly raise certain areas of the painting for added texture you can feel with your fingers. The effect is subtle — it's not a sculpture, it's a textured finish. Yes. You can have two or more pets in the same portrait. You upload a photo of each (or one of them together, if you have it), and the model places them in the same scene. For two pets, likeness comes out almost as cleanly as for one. For three or more, it gets harder — message us first and we'll figure out together whether it's worth it.Can I return the painting if I don't like it?
Because each painting is personalized and printed to order, EU law does not grant standard withdrawal rights. But you regenerate free before paying, and if the painting arrives damaged you contact us within 48 hours with photos and we reprint free of charge.
